Your room
Three nights, November 2–5, in a resort guest room for you and your guest. Room and tax are covered by the program.
Tell us on the registration form whether you'd prefer one king or two queens. We'll pass preferences to the hotel; bed type is requested, not guaranteed.
The hotel will ask for a credit card at check-in for incidentals (room service, spa add-ons, minibar, etc.).
Pre- and post-program nights
Come early or stay late.
Extend your trip by up to three nights before or after the program at our group rate.

per room, per night · all taxes included
Available dates: up to three nights before (Oct 30, Oct 31, Nov 1) or up to three after (Nov 5, 6, 7), subject to availability.
Payment: extra nights are charged by the hotel, and all expenses incurred during these dates are the winner's responsibility.
Flights: we'll still book your flights, on whatever dates you choose.
Airport transfers: included only on program days (Nov 2 and Nov 5). On extended days, transfers are up to you; the Gaylord offers airport shuttle service you can arrange directly with the hotel.
