Monday, November 2
Arrival day · Welcome Reception
Throughout the day Flights arrive at Nashville International (BNA). Head to baggage claim and look for Nordock in Nashville signage; our team will walk you to your transfer.
15–20 minutes to the Gaylord. Hotel check-in begins at 4:00 PM; but we'll request early check-in based on the flight manifest.
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Program check-in and hospitality desk, Delta Pavilion.
Pick up your welcome packet with your lanyards, trip details, and personalized agendas. Cool off with a Lynchburg sweet tea (Jack Daniel's Tennessee Fire, peach, lemon; a zero-proof version too) and have a few snacks before getting ready for our Welcome Dinner.
6:00 – 7:00 PM Welcome Reception, District Pavilion & Grove.
Passed hors d'oeuvres, a hosted bar, live music, and a sketch artist to capture you and your plus-one.
7:00 – 9:00 PM Welcome Dinner, District Pavilion & Grove.
Carved tenderloin, a grits bar, Nashville beer-can chicken, Opryland sweets, and other options for dietary purposes, with the bar open all evening.
Tuesday, November 3
Winners' session · Excursions · Grand Ole Opry
8:00 – 10:00 AM Breakfast buffet, Delta Pavilion.
Biscuits and gravy bar, cage-free scramble, apple-smoked bacon, steel-cut oats, fresh fruit, and other options for dietary purposes.
9:00 – 10:00 AM Winners' Meeting, Ryman Conference Room 9–11.
Winners only; guests enjoy a slow morning.
Late Morning
to Mid-Afternoon Excursion Choice (if you're assigned to Tuesday).
Pickup and return times vary by excursion; see your personalized agenda. Not out on an excursion? The hospitality desk has lunch and all-day snacks, or explore the resort and Nashville on your own.
5:00 – 6:30 PM Opry Pre-Show Reception, Delta Pavilion.
Heavy hors d'oeuvres, other options for dietary purposes, and a hosted bar. Your Opry tickets are handed out at the door.
6:30 – 6:40 PM A short walk to the Grand Ole Opry.
About ten minutes from the reception, no bus required.
7:00 – 9:30 PM The Grand Ole Opry, live.
The show that made Nashville Music City, celebrating its 100th year. The lineup is announced a few weeks out at opry.com.
Wednesday, November 4
Excursions · Final Night at Luke's 32 Bridge
8:00 – 10:00 AM Breakfast buffet, Delta Pavilion.
White cheddar grits, hash brown casserole, yogurt and house granola, fresh fruit, and other options for dietary purposes.
Late Morning
to Mid-Afternoon Excursion Choice (if you're assigned to Wednesday).

6:00 PM Shuttles depart the Gaylord for Lower Broadway.
6:00 – 10:00 PM Final Night Celebration, private rooftop at Luke's 32 Bridge.
Hot chicken, a flaming tomahawk station, and other options for dietary purposes, plus a live band, an AI photo op, and a spice-blending bar so you take a little Nashville home.
Until… For those who want to keep the party going
Return shuttles run between Broadway and the Gaylord.
Thursday, November 5
Departures
Morning Breakfast, then departures.
Our team is in the lobby to send you off and get you to your transfer. Pickup times are set from your flight and will be on your personalized agenda.
